Processing and delivery times vary depending on the product and fulfillment method.
Some products are fulfilled directly by NerdFad. Other products are made to order by third-party production partners and require production time before shipment.
Estimated processing and delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, weather, holidays, high order volume, production issues, or circumstances outside NerdFad’s reasonable control.
Different products within the same order may be produced or shipped from different locations and may therefore arrive in separate packages.

10. Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.
Because some products enter production shortly after an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.
Please contact NerdFad as soon as possible if you discover an error in your shipping information.
11. Made-to-Order Products
Many NerdFad products are created specifically after an order is placed rather than being held as finished inventory.
Because these products are produced specifically for an order, cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds may be limited once production has begun.

12. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We want customers to receive the products they ordered in acceptable condition.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact NerdFad promptly and provide information about the problem.
Photographs or other reasonable documentation may be requested so that we or our fulfillment partner can evaluate the issue.
When an order qualifies for correction under our Refund and Returns Policy, we will work to provide an appropriate resolution.
13. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Because many NerdFad products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges based solely on buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, preference changes, or other circumstances described in our Refund and Returns Policy.
